Twice a Year,

ChargeCraft runs in seasons. Two a year, and the server is off in between.
You do not have to join the guild to play. The server is open to the whole community, the same as everything else CK runs.
The conduct standards come with it. Objective first, good sportsmanship, and the same standard on servers we do not run.
